1. 1Online application. An online application and assessment; the firm's published path runs application, video assessment, written assessment, interview, vacation scheme, assessment day.
2. 2Video assessment. Three questions, with 2 minutes to prepare and record each, and a practice question first.
3. 3Written assessment. Sits between the video and the interview on the firm's published path.
4. 4Interview. Face to face with a member of the graduate resourcing team and one associate; direct applicants also get a 30-minute telephone interview on the firm's competencies.
5. 5Assessment day. For direct applicants: a written assessment, a group business simulation, an interview with an Early Careers team member and an associate, and a networking lunch with trainees; then a training contract interview with two partners including a pre-prepared commercial presentation.
