“After the application form is checked for eligibility, a situational judgement test of scenario-based, numerical and verbal questions, untimed and about 45 minutes, then straight into a pre-recorded video interview of four questions with two minutes to prepare and two to answer each. Then an individual case study and a 45-minute interview with two partners. The firm names no vendor.”
