“CV-blind, contextual recruitment process. Applications reviewed by partners who are only told candidates' names. Psychometric test generates tailored interview questions. Assessment days run in March (~14 candidates each). During two-week vacation scheme (£400/week), candidates write a blog post and are interviewed by two panel members. Recruits 15 trainees/year exclusively via vacation schemes. No minimum academic requirement.”
