“One application window with a single open question, reviewed with a contextual recruitment system. Successful applicants are invited to an assessment day and asked to take a psychometric test before it. The day is a blind selection process with a written exercise, a negotiation exercise, an elevator pitch and an interview with two members of the trainee recruitment panel.
