“Five stages on the firm's page: an application form, an online blended assessment of situational judgement, verbal and numerical reasoning (which the firm calls its High Potential Legal test), written motivational questions, an on-demand video interview of strengths-based and motivational questions, then an assessment centre with a case study interview and, for some roles, written and group assessments. The firm publishes its own preparation guide and names no vendor.”
