“A situational judgement test of scenario-based, numerical and verbal questions, untimed and about 45 minutes. This cycle the firm is trialling a chat-based interview through Bright Apply in place of the long application form and one-way video interview. Then an assessment day with a case study assessment and an interview. Trainees are recruited only through the vacation scheme.”
