Method
“Interview-based, with no psychometric testing or personality profiling, as the firm's FAQ says. Application forms are read by the firm and chosen candidates record a video interview on Shortlister, which offers practice interviews. Partners then select for a first interview with a partner and a senior associate, and a second interview with two partners from the trainee committee, with a written exercise.”
