Method
“A registration form, then a critical thinking test of 20 to 30 minutes sent on submission, both due by the deadline, with practice tests provided. Then a recorded voice interview of five questions, with 30 seconds to think and two minutes to answer each. Then an assessment centre with a proofreading exercise, a group assessment, a partner briefing exercise and a partner interview. The firm names no test vendor.”
Tests
For Year 12 (Fifth Year in Scotland) students who meet PRIME's social mobility criteria and live within an hour of an AG office in Aberdeen, Dublin, Edinburgh, Glasgow, Leeds, London or Manchester. An academic-year programme with a refurbished laptop to keep, a mentor, online workshops, a week of paid in-person work experience with travel and lunch covered, and support afterwards. This is how the firm meets its PRIME commitment.
