Addleshaw Goddard is a leading full-service firm with a particularly strong banking and finance practice and one of the most respected real estate and infrastructure groups outside the Magic Circle. Its genuinely national presence across London, Leeds, Edinburgh and Manchester gives trainees breadth of work and client contact from the start.
Culture & Values
Collaborative and unpretentious, with a culture that places genuine value on developing lawyers rather than generating billable hours. Trainees describe a firm where partners are approachable and where commercial quality coexists with a less intense atmosphere than the US firm peer group. The firm's strong presence in northern England gives it a genuinely distinctive identity compared with the pure London firms.
